OK, well, finally some real investigation into this. Whitehouse.com is doing a polygraph test of Sinclair. They have an update here on the test and the accompanying drug test. They say they are waiting for verification of the results by a second polygraph expert before releasing the video. The results should be pretty interesting. Either way it comes out, the press should really cover this so that people can either have their minds eased about Obama, or be informed about his activities.
The other question is whether polygraphs really mean that much, but there are precious few alternatives.

The only thing a polygraph tells the examiner is whether the subject is comfortable (or not) when responding to a particular question. Polygraphs can be beaten by just about anyone with a little bit of practice or training.
The fact that there aren't any alternatives doesn't mean they we should give more weight to something as unreliable as a polygraph. There is a reason they aren't admissable in court, "despite precious few alternatives".
Larry Sinclair will pass the polygraph test, it is in the financial interest of larry and the porn merchants at whitehouse.gov for him to do so.
